Description / Scope of Work
District Council Khushab invites electronic bids on item rates basis for execution of four projects related to arrangements of Muharam-ul-Haram for the year 2026, covering the period from 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026. The works include earth filling, providing and laying of PVC pipes, supply and erection of lights and generators, tentage arrangements, and provision of RCC slabs for the Muharam route across multiple tehsils in Khushab district, Punjab. The total estimated cost across all projects is approximately 4.124 million Pakistani rupees, with individual project costs ranging from Rs. 245,572 to Rs. 1,830,400 and corresponding bid security requirements.
Bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license of the respective category for the year 2025-26 and be registered with e-PADS, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA systems for e-procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft, with the original bid security instrument (5% of estimated cost) submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline. Each applicant may apply for any number of projects by submitting separate requests with unique requisites for each project.
Bidders must submit complete electronic bids by uploading PDF files on the e-Procurement System (e-PADS) website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The e-bids submission deadline is 08-06-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Original bid security documents must be submitted at the Office of District Council Khushab, Main Jauhrabad Road, Punjab, Pakistan, before the submission deadline. Bids remain valid for 120 days, and single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and all rates and amounts must be filled in both figures and words.
