Provision of Tentage Items and Generator Sets /event

The Municipal Committee Kallurkot, located in Bhakkar District, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from registered firms and contractors for the provision of tentage items and generator sets along with wire, including POL (Petrol/Diesel) for the driver/operator, and purchase of items for electricity and civil work. The project is scheduled for execution during Muharram-ul-Haram 2026, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,959,000 and earnest money requirement of PKR 97,950. This procurement is conducted on an item rates basis as per PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with all relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date).

Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes to participate in the tendering process. All intending contractors and firms are required to register on the PPRA portal at www.ppra.org.pk/e-procurement. Bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Kallurkot at five percent (5%) of the estimated bid cost and all rates against items of work on the same website up to half an hour before the opening date and time. Original CDR submission to the tender opening committee on the same day is mandatory, failing which the firm or contractor will be disqualified from the tender opening committee.

Contractors may attend the office of Municipal Committee Kallurkot on 09-06-2026 where all bids will be retrieved and quoted rates of successful bidders will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bid documents can be obtained from www.ppra.org.pk/e-procurement. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35. Submission of any false information or document may result in disqualification and black listing, with recommendations made against the firm or contractor for appropriate action by PPRA and PEC.
