Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Urine Analyzer

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of miscellaneous laboratory equipment, specifically a urine analyzer (Package No. 19, Lot-K-Item-2) on a delivered duty paid (DDP) basis for The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS platform of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender reference is HCP/NSICT&R/LE-260429-1/P19-K2, dated 29th April 2026, with the facility located at 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab.

To participate in this bidding process, all interested applicants must be registered on the EPADS portal at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit a scanned copy of the original bid security with their technical bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be submitted to the office of General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP before the bid submission deadline. A critical requirement stipulates that all lots and all items within lots must be quoted by the bidding firm; any firm failing to quote all lots and items will be disqualified, with evaluation conducted on the basis of the whole package including all lots.

Completed bids comprising both technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15:30 HRS PST on 8th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 16:00 HRS PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel, delete or reduce quantities of items, and to reject all or any bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
