X-Ray Films and Chemicals Bulk Purchase

Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital, affiliated with King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for a frame work contract bulk purchase of X-ray films and chemicals for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to qualified and well-reputed manufacturers, importers, sole agents of foreign principals, and distributors on a free delivery to consignee's end basis. The tender is issued under reference GSMTH/PROC/2026-2027 and shall be conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Digitized System (EPADS) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, or authorized distributors with proven track record and relevant manufacturing licenses. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of each item is required. Original bid security documents must be submitted in the hospital's Purchase Cell on or before the bid submission deadline, with scanned copies attached to the technical proposal on EPADS. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. As per PPRA Rules 36-A, only one bid per person is permitted; submission of multiple bids shall result in rejection of all bids submitted by that person.

Bids must follow a single stage, two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked. The technical proposal must include original CDR, manufacturing license, proprietary certificate for sole items, price reasonability certificate, and certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 50. The deadline for tender submission is June 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with public opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day at the hospital premises in Said Mitha Bazar, Inside Texali Gate, Lahore.
