Punjab Saaf Pani Authority is inviting sealed bids for a framework contract for the procurement of executive rental vehicles services. This tender aims to establish a framework agreement for the provision of high-quality executive vehicle rental services to support the operational and administrative requirements of the Authority across Punjab. The framework contract will enable flexible engagement of vehicle rental services for executive-level transportation, with specifications detailed in the bidding documents including vehicle categories, maintenance standards, and service delivery requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid business registration certificates. Joint ventures are permitted, provided all members meet eligibility criteria and demonstrate the requisite experience in vehicle rental operations.
