Description / Scope of Work
Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible, well-reputed, and experienced security companies or firms for the procurement of security and miscellaneous services. This framework contract aims to secure comprehensive watch and ward services to maintain safety and security at the agency's forensic laboratory complex located at Thokar Niaz Baig. The estimated cost for this procurement is 28.5 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax, sales tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) departments, and must possess a valid license from the Home Department. Proposals must be prepared and submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the system no later than 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026, after which the technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day
