Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sialkot invites sealed bids for the purchase of deficit furniture articles and fixtures for already working courts under e-tender notice number 07/2025-26. This procurement is being conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering system in accordance with PPRA Rules (amended/updated). Two lots are available: Lot No. I comprises deficit furniture and fixtures for working courts with a total approved cost of 5.980 million PKR (5,980,000 PKR) and Lot No. II also comprises deficit furniture and fixtures for working courts with a total approved cost of 3.730 million PKR (3,730,000 PKR). The project is intended to improve judicial infrastructure and working conditions in courts of the Sialkot District, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders include well-reputed and financially sound firms, sole proprietors, registered contractors, companies, consultants, and public or private organisations that are registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. Participants must be registered in the e-procurement system and meet all compliance requirements. A bid security of 5% of the total approved cost must be submitted with each bid. For Lot No. I, the bid security is 0.299 million PKR (299,000 PKR) and for Lot No. II it is 0.186 million PKR (186,500 PKR).
Bids shall be submitted under rule 38(1) of PPRA as single stage one envelope system through the official PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx. The e-tender closing date and time is 06.06.2026 at 11:30 AM (Saturday) for both lots, with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. Interested contractors and firms must register themselves on the Punjab e-procurement website (punjab.eproc.gov.pk) for participation. Work orders shall be issued within 60 days of tender closure. All bid quotes must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax as per PPRA regulations.
