Description / Scope of Work
The Material Management department of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement of 200-KVA distribution transformers under Tender No. 4361. This is a goods procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines. The contract will be executed in Lahore, Punjab, with eligible vendors required to submit their bids electronically on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft as specified in the bidding documents. Alternatively, where bid security is not mandated by the procuring agency, bidders may furnish a bid security declaration as outlined in the tender document. Prospective bidders should review the detailed eligibility and evaluation criteria provided in the bidding documents to ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements.

Bidders must register on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with electronic bids opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
