Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is conducting disposal of surplus and scrap vehicles through E-Auction on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction encompasses approximately 50 lots including Mazda trucks, Bedford trucks, Shehzore pickups, Mitsubishi trucks, Suzuki vans, Nissan pickups, motorcycles, and one Land Rover Discovery, with vehicle models ranging from 1982 to 2008. The auction will be held at the office of Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO in Islamabad, Federal Province. Bid security amounts range from Rs. 500 for motorcycles to Rs. 30,000 for premium vehicles, reflecting the condition and value of each lot. The total scope covers the complete liquidation of IESCO's non-operational vehicle fleet through transparent competitive bidding.
Participation in this e-auction is open to all interested bidders who meet the mandatory eligibility criteria. Registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is compulsory for all participants. Bidders must submit sealed earnest money or bid security in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan with a rating of A+ or above, valid for 120 days from the auction opening date. The bid security amount is specified for each individual lot and must be submitted in favour of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before the bid closing time of 10:30 AM on 08.06.2026. Additionally, bidders are required to submit an undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper duly signed and stamped along with their sealed bid security.
All bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal Systems (E-PADS) version 2.0 online portal at http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login. Bidders may update or change their quoted bid offer until 10:30 AM on 08.06.2026 through the E-PADS v2.0 portal. Vehicle inspection is available at IESCO Motor Pool near the 132kV Grid Station at Rawal Kashmir Chowk Islamabad during office hours until 04.06.2026. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date by the Disposal Committee. The successful bidder must deposit the total amount within 10 working days from the issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) and lift the vehicle within 15 working days from the Release Order. Advance 18% GST (if applicable) and 10% Income Tax shall be applicable on the offered bid. Results will be communicated via PPRA and IESCO websites.
