Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Purchase Department in Islamabad invites bids for the outsourcing of cleanliness of outer areas, collection, transportation and disposal of municipal waste services at PIMS Hospital for a period of one year. This non-consultancy services contract is planned for FY 2025-26 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive waste management operations including daily cleanliness maintenance of outer hospital premises, systematic collection of municipal waste from designated areas, transportation using appropriate vehicles and equipment, and final disposal in compliance with environmental regulations and health standards. The contract is for the Federal territory of Islamabad Capital Territory at the hospital location in Sector G-8/3.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders should meet the eligibility criteria and service specifications detailed in the bidding documents, including required documentation, experience, and technical capabilities for providing the specified waste management services.
The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before June 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
