Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Kabal, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the supply and fabrication of two mini tippers with a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters. This procurement is being conducted under the KPPRA Rules following the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, which separates technical and financial evaluation. The tender is issued through the KPPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal, and bids must be submitted electronically by 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a CDR to the TMA Kabal office along with their application. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 0.2 percent of the bid amount must accompany the financial bid in the name of TMO, TMA Kabal, submitted in hard copy at the time of bid opening. All applicable taxes shall be deducted as per government rules. Interested bidders must quote strictly as per the terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents, and incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic bids will not be entertained.
Bidding documents including technical specifications and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bidders should submit complete bids on the EPADS portal on or before the deadline. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with cogent reasons in accordance with KPPRA Rules. All rates should be quoted for delivery to the TMA Kabal office in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
