Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal invites sealed bids for the installation of a hybrid solar system (off-grid) at the Headquarters location in Chakwal Sub Division, Talageng and Choa Saiden Shah. The project involves the supply, installation and commissioning of solar power infrastructure with a total estimated cost of Rs. 25,650,000 and bid security of Rs. 12,82,500. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and is open to well-regulated and financially sound firms having previous experience in specific field sectors and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2023-2026 in relevant category C3 or above with code C8-01-etc.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration certificates with active Income Tax, Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax registrations on Non-Judicial Stamp paper. Bidders must also attach an affidavit confirming no litigation history in the last 06 to 10 years. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal, deposited before the closing date of 10.06.2026 at 11:00 AM. The original CBR document is mandatory, and late submissions will be considered non-responsive. Bids shall be evaluated under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, with all rates inclusive of taxes, GST, FST, IT and stamp duty, valid for 180 days.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (https://pads.gop.pk/) and the Chakwal District Court website, with further information obtainable from the office of the undersigned. Bids must be addressed to District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal and submitted to the same office by 10.06.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on the same day or the next working day if a public holiday intervenes. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the total contract value as performance security within 15 days of contract signing, and the contractor may be disqualified under PPRA Rules for non-compliance.
