The Semen Production Unit Qadirabad, District Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of Semen Straw 0.25ML in red and light gray color under the non-development scheme for the financial year 2025-26. This tender (reference TENDER #04/SPU/QABAD/2025-26) is issued by the Deputy Director at the Semen Production Unit located in Qadirabad district to meet urgent requirements for uninterrupted semen supply and timely utilization of allocated funds during the current financial year. Bids must be submitted in double sealed envelopes to the Deputy Director, Semen Production Unit, Qadirabad District Sahiwal. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 13 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 11:30 AM the same day and financial proposals opening on 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must remain valid until 30 June 2026. Delivery is required immediately after issuance of the purchase order and free delivery at the consignee end in Qadirabad. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to change quantities based on budgetary provisions and cost effectiveness.
