Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management & Implementation Unit under the Health Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is soliciting competitive bids for the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) remaining items including servers and related equipment for 32 District Headquarters (DHQ) hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province under the Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals project for financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the Electronic Procurement Aggregation and Distribution System (EPADS) under a framework contract using National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014.
Bidders must be technically and financially capable suppliers or authorized distributors of hospital information management systems with proven experience in similar healthcare IT implementations. All eligible bidders registered under the relevant regulatory authorities and capable of meeting technical specifications are invited to participate. Bid security requirements and detailed eligibility criteria are specified in the bid data sheet and special conditions of contract sections. Bidders are expected to provide training for technical personnel and end users, and warranty commitments as outlined in the bidding documents.
Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from the PMIU Health Department office. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender identification details before the specified closing date and time. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted as per NCB rules, and bid opening will be conducted publicly at the procuring agency office.
