Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore invites framework contract bids for the procurement of pain killers for the financial year 2025-26 under Tender No. 33-26. This is a framework contract procurement process for supplying pharmaceutical pain killer medications to support the institute's cancer treatment and research operations in Lahore, Punjab. The tender encompasses the supply of various pain relief medications required for patient care and treatment protocols throughout the financial year. The contract will be awarded based on competitive bidding and evaluation of submitted proposals.
Eligible bidders must be registered pharmaceutical suppliers or authorized distributors holding valid trade licenses and regulatory approvals from the appropriate pharmaceutical authorities in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet and provide documentary evidence of their eligibility and qualification to supply pharmaceutical products. All bidders must comply with the qualifications criteria outlined in the bidding documents and demonstrate their capacity to reliably supply the required materials throughout the contract period.
Bid documents are available from the procuring agency and can be obtained through the e-PADS (electronic Procurement and Auction System) portal. Bids must be submitted electronically in the prescribed format by the deadline of 16 June 2026. The opening of e-bids will take place on the specified date at the office of Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.
