Description / Scope of Work
The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Khushab, Punjab, is inviting pre-qualification applications from firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the financial year 2026-27 to supply standardized relief goods and equipment for flood management and disaster response. The pre-qualification process is open to eligible vendors registered on E-PADS who wish to provide items including food hampers and ration bags, drinking water, flour and atta, rice, cooked food, press and transportation, catering for camps, tents, rassa (rope), miscellaneous items such as mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, chattai, cot covers, mattresses, animal fodder, and vehicles for relief goods transportation. Eligible applicants must be registered on E-PADS with relevant experience in the respective trade and demonstrate sound financial position. Interested firms are required to submit an affidavit confirming that the applicant is not involved in any litigation with any department and has not been blacklisted by any department. All government taxes and levies will be applicable. Companies and firms must be Government servants and backlisted checked. Applications must be submitted through the online E-Tendering platform (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) after completing contractor registration and providing requisite information.
Applications for pre-qualification will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM as mentioned in the published advertisement. Interested firms may inspect the pre-qualification document (PQD) from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) without cost and may use it for participation free of charge. Written queries regarding PQD received from prospective applicants by the closing date will be responded to on the EPADS website. The pre-qualification process shall be completed in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended), and the District Disaster Management Authority reserves the right to reject any late, incomplete, or non-conforming applications.
