The Walled City of Lahore Authority intends to auction the operations and management of ticketing for Sheesh Mahal and Bamba's Collection, two significant heritage attractions in Lahore, Punjab. Technical bids will be received on June 22, 2026, with financial bids opened on the same day. The bidding documents can be obtained immediately after publication of this advertisement during office hours. A bid security deposit of Rs. 2,000 from the undersigned working days is required in the name of Lahore Fort Proceeds Fund, WCLA. Bidders must submit the CDR of Rs. 2% of the estimated amount as bid security.
Eligible bidders must satisfy multiple regulatory and financial requirements including valid business registration with minimum five years of operational history, active National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax (GST-FRA) registration, Provincial Tax Authority (PRA) compliance, and membership with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). Proof of valid character certificates from Punjab Police and audited financial statements for the last three years (2022-2025) are mandatory. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in managing high-footfall heritage or commercial sites, propose a qualified Operations Manager with at least five years of relevant experience, and provide a detailed cloud-based e-ticketing system proposal with revenue dashboards and encrypted secure ticketing capabilities. The contract period is one year, extendable based on performance evaluation by the Director General.

Companies and individuals must submit technical and financial proposals separately in sealed envelopes clearly marked as per PPRA rules. Bid opening will proceed on game day with all tender documents purchased for Rs. 2,000 during working hours.
