Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply of 2kg CO2 fire extinguishers for PSO retail outlets across Sindh province. This tender, referenced as RC-19649-KZ, follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure and will be conducted through the SAP ARIBA portal. Interested vendors must register on the SAP ARIBA network and submit tender document collection requests by 16 June 2026. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN certification, GST registration, provincial sales tax certificates where applicable, and maintain active taxpayer status. CNIC documentation of the owner or authorized representative is mandatory for participation.
Tender documents will be made available from 1 June 2026 until 16 June 2026, between 08:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Bid submission through SAP ARIBA will close on 16 June 2026 at 2:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 3:00 PM onwards.
