Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of IP PTZ camera surveillance equipment at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh. The project includes procurement of three units of 4MP IP PTZ cameras with infrared illumination, four units of 8-port POE switches with 2 fiber uplink ports, four weatherproof outdoor junction boxes, and one network keyboard for integrated camera control. The total scope encompasses complete system integration with network infrastructure suitable for perimeter security and outdoor surveillance applications at the PSO facility in Karachi.
The IP PTZ cameras must feature 4MP resolution with 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor, 45x optical zoom with 16x digital zoom, true day/night operation with IR cut filter, and smart IR illumination up to 250 meters. Cameras require support for H.265/H.264/MJPEG video compression, intelligent analytics including motion detection, intrusion detection, face detection, and human/vehicle classification. The POE switches must provide 8 RJ45 ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps, 2 SFP optical ports, minimum 20 Gbps switching capacity, 120W total PoE power budget, 4 kV lightning protection, and support for IEEE 802.1Q VLAN configuration. Junction boxes must be weatherproof outdoor enclosures with IP65 protection, suitable for housing PoE switches and network terminations. The network keyboard must support RS485, RS422, USB, RS232 and Ethernet interfaces with 3-axis vector-solving joystick for PTZ dome control. All equipment must be CE and FCC certified, complying with international standards.
