Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites sealed competitive bids through the electronic procurement system E-PADs for improvement of sanitation and drainage infrastructure in Lakki City, District Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated project cost is PKR 939.350 million under Annual Development Programme reference ADP#160/251006 for the financial year 2025-26. This infrastructure development project aims to enhance sanitation services and drainage systems across Lakki City to improve public health and environmental conditions in the district.
All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category of enlistment with active status and possess specialized codes as specified in the Standard Bidding Documents. Contractors are required to maintain registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022. The total bid security including stamp duty and tender fee is PKR 18.83 million.
Bid Solicitation Documents and Bill of Quantities can be downloaded from the E-PADs website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Both technical and financial bids must be submitted through E-PADs before 12:00 noon on 16-06-2026. Technical bids will be opened on 16-06-2026 at 2:00 PM, with the date for financial bid opening announced after technical evaluation. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Bannu on 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM.
