Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 132kV steel pole tubular poles in three categories: SPA, SPD, and SPG types. This is a national single-stage one-envelope competitive bidding process for the supply of goods required for electrical infrastructure development in the Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is being managed by the Manager Supply Chain Management at HAZECO headquarters located in Abbottabad, College Road, Gulistan Colony.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including relevant experience in manufacturing and supplying similar steel poles, valid business registration, and capacity to deliver the specified quantities. Bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet, and bidders must provide technical proposals demonstrating compliance with all item specifications. Bidders should verify their registration status and ensure all required documentation including experience forms, financial capacity certificates, and past contract completion evidence are submitted along with their bids.
