Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) is inviting bids for the procurement of protection and auxiliary relays under a national single-stage one-envelope competitive bidding process. This is a goods procurement tender for electrical protective and auxiliary relay equipment required for the company's operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender is being managed by the Manager Supply Chain Management at HAZECO headquarters located in Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad. Interested bidders are required to meet the specified eligibility criteria which include relevant business registration, technical qualifications, and experience in supplying similar electrical equipment. Bidders must submit a bid security declaration with their proposals and furnish performance guarantees as per the contract terms outlined in the Standard Bidding Document.
Eligibility requirements include possession of valid business registration with the relevant authority, manufacturing authorization forms for supplied items where applicable, and demonstrated experience in supplying protection and auxiliary relays or similar electrical goods. Bid security in the form of a declaration is mandatory, and successful bidders will be required to provide performance guarantees as specified in the Performance Guarantee Form. Financial capacity and average annual turnover documentation must be submitted to demonstrate the bidder's ability to execute the contract successfully.
Bid documents are available from HAZECO's Supply Chain Management office at the Abbottabad headquarters. Sealed bids must be submitted to the same address on or before the closing date.
