Description / Scope of Work
Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of Oil and Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment on F.O.R. basis. The equipment required includes Gas Calorimeter, Water Dew Point Analyzer, Hydrocarbon Dew Point Apparatus, Lead Acetate H2S Analyzer, Coriolis Mass Flow Meters, ASTM Petroleum Hydrometer Set, and related laboratory instruments. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure and is open to manufacturers or authorized distributors and dealers with relevant experience in similar equipment supply and installation. The institute is located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province. Bidders must be registered on EPADS V2.0 and with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 along with bid security in the form of an earnest deposit as calculated and specified in the EPADS system, either as a Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order issued in favor of GIKI. Original bank instruments (tender fee and earnest money) must be submitted to the office before the closing time. Bidders must obtain complete bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions from the GIKI website at www.giki.edu.pk or through the PPRA EPADS V2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk.
Bidding documents are available from Room # F-12, Administrative Building, GIKI, Swabi, and can be downloaded electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted electronically on PPRA e-PADS V2.0 by the deadline. The tender opening is scheduled for June 19, 2020 at 15:30 hours.
