The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids for the supply of plants for triangular parks of Model Town Society Lahore under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. This procurement initiative aims to enhance the green spaces and landscaping of the residential society located in Punjab. Bidders must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society to be eligible for participation in this tender. The detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during standard working hours upon submission of a written request to the undersigned. Any technical clarifications or queries regarding the tender specifications can be obtained directly from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours.
Contracting firms interested in submitting bids must be validly enlisted with Model Town Society and meet all eligibility requirements as specified in the tender documents. Sealed bids must be submitted before 1:00 P.M. on 17th June 2026 to the designated address provided by the society. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained under any circumstances. The Evaluation Committee will open all submitted bids one hour after the closing deadline on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend the opening ceremony.
