Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Revenue (South Punjab), Government of the Punjab, Bahawalpur, invites online bids for the procurement of general store and miscellaneous items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises six lots: Stationery (2.668 million), Printing and Publication (2.000 million), Cost of Other Stores (3.176 million), Computer Stationery (1.890 million), Others (4.000 million), and Hiring of Third Party Services for Daily Wages Staff (2.000 million), with a total estimated value of approximately 15.734 million rupees. The tender is being conducted in Bahawalpur under the provisions of the PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including submission of a copy of the proprietor's CNIC, valid Punjab Sales Tax Registration Number with active status at FBR, Professional Tax Certificate, proof of NTN and Income Tax Payee status, and Financial Soundness documentation through bank statements or balance sheets. Bid security of 5 percent of the total estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favour of the Assistant Secretary (General), Board of Revenue South Punjab. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status, acceptance of all tender terms and conditions duly signed and stamped on company letterhead, and a certificate confirming that quoted rates are not abnormal. An office or supply chain presence in Bahawalpur City is mandatory, and sample delivery to the Secretary Board of Revenue South Punjab office by the bid closing date is required, with failure to do so resulting in disqualification.
Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 a.m. on 18 June 2026, with online tender opening scheduled for 11:30 a.m. the same day. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount.
