Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for hiring of janitorial services on a single stage two envelope basis in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. The tender is for provision of comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services across board premises and affiliated institutions in Sahiwal. The scope of services includes daily cleaning, waste management, equipment maintenance, and supply of necessary cleaning materials as per technical specifications outlined in the tender document. The service provider shall deploy qualified janitorial personnel meeting specified experience and qualification requirements, maintaining professional standards and hygiene protocols throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold valid business registration, and meet mandatory qualification criteria as detailed in the tender. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per tender terms and provide evidence of experience in similar janitorial service contracts. Ineligible bidders include those on blacklists, involved in corrupt practices, or failing to meet documentary requirements.
