Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for painting street light poles with silver paint at Inner Circular Road and 1-B/C to Model Town More in Lahore, Punjab. This maintenance project aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal and visibility of street infrastructure in the Model Town area. Contracting firms must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society to be eligible for participation in this tender. The detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of Civil Engineer, Model Town Society during working hours on submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Prospective bidders are encouraged to seek any clarifications from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours to ensure complete understanding of project requirements and specifications.
Bidders must submit sealed bids before 1:00 PM on 18-06-2026 at the office address provided by the Model Town Society. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained and may result in automatic rejection. The submitted bids will be opened one hour after the deadline of submission on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend the opening ceremony. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance of any bid or proposal.
For obtaining tender documents and submitting bids, interested contractors should contact the office of Civil Engineer at Model Town Society. All bidding procedures are conducted in accordance with the Society's procurement guidelines. Participation is restricted to contractors with demonstrated experience and valid enlistment credentials. The project is scheduled for implementation in June 2026, and all terms and conditions of the tender document must be strictly adhered to during bid preparation and submission.
