Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi, invites sealed bids for a term contract spanning six months for the supply of various store items to address trouble shoot complaints. The procurement encompasses ten categories of items including plumbing items, miscellaneous paint items, carpentry items, electrical items, air conditioning items, electrical appliances, fumigation items, mechanical items, swimming pool items, and paint items. This comprehensive stores procurement is designed to support the maintenance and operational needs of DHA Karachi's extensive residential and community facilities across its 8,797-acre jurisdiction in Sindh.
Participating firms must be registered under the Income Tax/Sales Tax Act and meet the eligibility requirements stipulated in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 2,000 in the form of a pay order made out to Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. The tender is open to reputed firms meeting the prescribed qualifications and regulatory compliance standards.
