Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) invites encrypted electronic bids for the procurement of laptops estimated at PKR 4,500,000 under a single stage two envelopes procedure based on unit rate method. This procurement is for office use at PBTE, 21-A Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The tender is issued under national competitive bidding through framework contract as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to have valid and active GST and NTN registrations to participate in this procurement process. The estimated cost of the package is PKR 4,500,000 with a bid security requirement of PKR 225,000.
Eligible bidders must maintain valid and active GST and NTN certificates at the time of bid submission. Bid security in the amount of PKR 225,000 must be submitted in favor of the Secretary Punjab Board of Technical Education in the form of a bank guarantee, CDR, bankers cheque, pay order, or demand draft. Original bid security documents must be submitted by hand at the PBTE office address well before the deadline for electronic bid submission. E-Bids submitted through the e-PADS portal shall only be entertained and accepted.

Bidders must submit encrypted electronic bids online through e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ and https://eprocure.gov.pk/ by 11:00 AM on 17-06-2026. Electronic bids will be opened on 17-06-2026 at 11:30 AM.
