State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed financial bids for the supply of comprehensive office stationery items through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The tender, referenced as Skt/Sty/03/2026, covers fifty-four different stationery categories including air fresheners, gel pens, box files, batteries, calculators, carbon paper, computer paper, binder clips, dust bins, dusters, sponges, drafting pads, erasers, file trays, file covers, tumblers, gum sticks, highlighters, jugs, markers, paper reams in multiple sizes and weights, lead pencils, paper clips, pins, paper cutters, pin removers, punch machines, ribbons, rubber bands, registers, scales, scotch tape, paper tape, sharpeners, stamp pads, staplers, stapler pins, tissue paper, foot mats, dish washing powder, and heavy duty machines. The procurement is for the Sialkot Zone office located at Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot, and represents a significant bulk stationery acquisition for office operations in Punjab.
Bidders must be reputable office stationery suppliers registered with the Sales Tax department, possessing their own offices with active phone and fax numbers. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by a bank must be submitted before the tender closing time. Bidders are required to submit original samples of each item for examination on the bids opening date; bids without samples will not be acceptable, and samples of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after opening. The bid security will be returned to successful bidders upon submission of Performance Security equivalent to five percent of the qualified bid value, while unsuccessful bidders' security will also be returned. The rate validity period extends to December 31, 2026.
Bidding documents are available exclusively through the EPADS platform as well as on PPRA and the State Life Insurance Corporation website. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing time of 11:00 hours on June 17, 2026, with bids opening scheduled for 11:45 hours on the same date at the office of the Incharge HR and Admin Department, SLIC, Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot Zone. Successful bidders shall supply all stationery materials to the Stationery Store located at the Zonal Office Building 3rd Floor within fifteen days of receiving the supply order.
