Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sahiwal invites competitive bids for the procurement of IT equipment (Lot I) and electrical items (Lot II) during the financial year 2025-26. This procurement exercise is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, following the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Interested vendors are required to submit their bids exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal, with the submission deadline set for 17 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The procurement aims to achieve value for money through transparent, competitive, and fair bidding among eligible suppliers.
Bidders must be properly registered and eligible under Punjab procurement regulations, with all required business licenses and registrations in good standing. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet. A single bid cannot be submitted by the same entity for multiple lots; each lot must be bid separately if a bidder wishes to participate in both. The standard bidding documents provide comprehensive instructions covering bid preparation, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contract award procedures in compliance with PPRA framework.
The Standard Bidding Documents containing detailed technical specifications, bid data sheets, and evaluation criteria are available through the EPADS platform. Bidders must submit their proposals in two envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Opening of bids will be conducted by the Procuring Agency in accordance with prescribed timelines.
