Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Daska invites e-bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers for the provision of a 200 KVA generator on rent with an operator for disposal stations near New Katchery and Pasrur Road in the rainy monsoon season 2026. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 3,570,000. This project is located in Daska, Punjab, and addresses the temporary power supply needs during the monsoon season for municipal disposal operations. The scope includes supplying a 200 KVA capacity generator unit along with a trained operator to ensure continuous service at the designated disposal stations.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) with valid NTN and PNTN numbers, and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement participation. All bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) and accompanied by a bid security deposit of Rs. 178,500 (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order made payable to Municipal Committee Daska. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Successful contractors must submit a performance guarantee as per PPRA rules clause 56.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online on the ePADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 17 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at MC Office, Daska. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security on ePADS and submit original CDRs to the Municipal Officer (I&S) at Municipal Committee Daska office by the closing time. E-bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM at MC Office, Daska. The successful contractor must execute an agreement on specified government stamp papers within seven days of acceptance letter issuance for work order release. Submission of fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future local government tender processes.
