The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the supply of plants for the Central Park of Model Town Society located in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The tender follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is scheduled for June 2026. Eligible bidders must be duly registered and enlisted with the Model Town Society to participate in this landscaping supply project for the central park development.
Bidders must ensure their firms maintain valid enlistment status with Model Town Society to qualify for participation. All bids must be properly completed and submitted in sealed envelopes to avoid rejection. The tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during regular working hours upon written request. Clarifications regarding the tender specifications and requirements can be obtained from the Civil Engineer's office during business hours.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 PM on 17 June 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. The evaluation committee will open all submitted bids one hour after the closure time on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance.
