The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority invites proposals for a Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, and Maintain (DBFOOM) joint venture arrangement for NSIT Pulse, a premium retail and commercial project adjacent to DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7 in Punjab. This transformative opportunity involves the design, construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of retail and commercial units comprising multiple blocks with individual core and circulation spaces. The project is part of the Onward Upward Punjab initiative and represents a significant investment in premium retail infrastructure development in the region. The scope includes approximately 12 individual retail units organized in blocks with dedicated vertical circulation and ancillary facilities, positioned strategically within the broader NSIT masterplan development.
Bidders must demonstrate substantial experience in large-scale commercial and retail project development, particularly in DBFOOM or similar build-operate-transfer models.
