Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for a framework contract for the procurement of surgical disposable medical devices items and diagnostic imaging films for the financial year 2026-27. This is the second re-tender. The scope includes general X-ray films, CT scan films, MRI films, digital X-ray films, fluoroscopy films, and dental X-ray films required to support the hospital's diagnostic imaging and surgical operations. The tender is issued by the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department under the Government of the Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered and recognized suppliers with appropriate credentials in manufacturing or distributing medical devices and imaging films. Bidders are required to provide evidence of eligibility and qualification, including proof of business registration, tax compliance, and relevant experience. A bid security deposit must be submitted with the bid in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and conformity requirements as detailed in the tender documents.
Bidding documents are available for review and download through the prescribed electronic bidding portal. Bids must be submitted in sealed electronic format by the specified deadline of 18 June 2026. The opening of bids will take place on the announced date at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan (contact: 068-9230165-165). Bidders are advised to obtain complete tender documents and familiarize themselves with all terms, conditions, and technical requirements before submission. Late bids will not be accepted. Further clarifications may be requested during the evaluation process, and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
