Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates for PRAL and FBR website domains and sub-domains. This e-tender notice P-15/2026 covers the supply and installation of SSL certificates to secure multiple website domains operated by PRAL and the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is open to all registered and eligible vendors meeting the qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents. The tender is being conducted in Islamabad, Federal territory, where the Procurement Cell of PRAL is located at Galaxy Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Plot 266-B, Street 9, Sector I-9/3.
Eligible vendors must be registered bidders on the EPADS and EPMS platforms maintained by the Government of Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit all necessary documentation including proof of registration, technical qualifications, and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the electronic bidding documents. A bid security as specified in the procurement documents must accompany each proposal. Vendors should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and hold relevant certifications for SSL certificate provision and domain security services.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements and terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk and on EPMS at https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. All electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 18th June 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM. Notification of the GRC constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is available on PRAL's website at www.pral.com.pk.
