Description / Scope of Work
The National Bank of Pakistan invites sealed bids for major renovation work of the new premises of NBP Mastung Branch (0031) located in the Gawader region of Sindh province. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a) and is governed by the Public Procurement Ordinance 2002, Public Procurement Rules 2004, and the E-PAK Procurement Regulation 2023. The project involves comprehensive renovation and refurbishment of the branch premises to bring the facility to modern standards. All bidders are required to comply with the National Standard Bidding Documents for Procurement of Works, which establish standardized procedures and practices for public procurement in Pakistan.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as defined in the bidding documents and must be pre-qualified or hold appropriate licenses for undertaking construction and renovation work. A bid security instrument is mandatory and must accompany the bid submission. Only bids that are deemed responsive and meet all technical and financial specifications will be evaluated. Bidders from eligible countries as specified in Section IV of the bidding documents are invited to participate. The bid evaluation will be conducted transparently in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in Section V.
The completed bidding documents, along with the bid security instrument and all necessary supporting documents, must be submitted and uploaded on PPRA's EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) Portal before the close of bid submission time on the specified deadline. The bid opening will follow PPRA Rule 36(a) procedures, and all standard forms and price schedules must be completed as prescribed in Section VII of the bidding documents.
