Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking an individual contractor to support the Enhancing SMEs Capacity project in Pakistan under reference number UNDP-IC-2026-129. This assignment is aimed at strengthening the operational and technical capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises across Pakistan. The position is based in Pakistan and operates on a Level of Effort (LoE) of 90 days distributed across an eleven-month period, providing flexibility for phased engagement and support delivery to participating SMEs.
The procurement is conducted as an individual contractor engagement through UNDP's Quantum supplier portal system. Interested candidates must register or log in to the UNDP supplier portal to access detailed negotiation documents and submit their proposals. All clarifications and communication regarding the tender must be conducted through the portal's messaging functionality, ensuring transparent and documented inquiry handling.
