Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for tank cleaning of Tank 6905 for internal inspection as per API 653 standard at Chakpirana Depot in Sindh province. The tender is issued under reference OP-19570-NZR and follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. This is a specialized engineering service requiring contractors with adequate past relevant experience in tank cleaning and inspection operations and demonstrated financial capabilities to execute the work.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers holding valid NTN (National Tax Number) and GST/PST certificates. Contractors should provide CNIC documentation of the owner or authorized representative along with their tender document collection request. Bidders are required to have an SAP Ariba Network ID to participate; those without existing accounts must register on the tender portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/ to access and participate in this and future PSO tenders.
Tender documents will be available exclusively through the SAP Ariba Portal from 03 June 2026 to 18 June 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted through SAP Ariba by 18 June 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM onwards.
