Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates for PRAL and FBR websites domains and sub-domains. This e-tender notice P-15/2026 encompasses the supply and installation of SSL certificates to secure multiple web domains operated by the revenue authority in Islamabad, Pakistan. The procurement is open to registered bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and technical qualifications for certificate provisioning and security infrastructure support.
Eligible vendors must be registered on the EPADS portal and meet all requirements specified in the detailed bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the electronic bidding documents. All proposals must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and bidders should ensure they possess necessary certifications and experience in SSL certificate deployment and domain security management.

Electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 18th June 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bids opening on the same date at 3:30 PM. Notification of the GRC evaluation will be published on pral.com.pk.
