THQ Hospital Kabal Swat invites bids for the selection of a vendor to supply medicines, surgical disposables and non-drug items under the Sehat Sahulat Program Local Purchase (SSP-LP) scheme during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses essential pharmaceutical products and medical supplies required for hospital operations in Swat, KPK. The bidding process shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act 2012 and KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, with all bids submitted electronically via the EPADS KP-PPRA portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the EPADS KP-PPRA system prior to bid submission and shall fulfill mandatory requirements including a valid drug sale license under KP Drug Rules 1982, registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and active taxpayer status, firm registration with KPPRA, and valid EPADS portal registration. Bidders must not be blacklisted or suspended by the Health Department or convicted in any court of law. A mandatory bid security of Rs. 120,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted to the Administration Block, THQ Hospital Kabal Swat.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS KP-PPRA portal at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk, and interested bidders should obtain detailed specifications and terms from the Medical Superintendent's office during office hours. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 09-07-2026 by 10:30 AM, with technical bids opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM at THQ Hospital Kabal Swat. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30-06-2026 at 10:00 AM in the conference room. The contract shall initially remain valid for one year, subject to satisfactory performance and extension possibilities. Bidders must ensure availability of a duly licensed pharmacy or medical store in close proximity to the hospital throughout the contract period.
