Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu, under the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu Kohistan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery. Specifically, the procurement involves one unit of Mini Tipper/Dumper with a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters, with the chassis to be provided by the department. This tender is issued following funds received from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and aims to support municipal waste management operations in the region. The procurement is open to well-reputed and experienced manufacturers and fabricators only, who must possess valid NTN, GST, and 3S facility certifications. Bidders are required to offer complete sale, service, and spare parts support for the equipment.
Eligibility requirements mandate that interested bidders and contractors must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration and be eligible to apply under the single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014. A bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid price must be submitted as a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Dassu in a sealed envelope. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per Government Rules must be included in the quoted rates. Successful bidders are obligated to provide complete operational training to the staff.
Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 25 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. The procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals according to bid document specifications and reject any non-conforming proposals. Financial bids of technically accepted bids will be opened publicly at a date, time, and venue to be communicated separately to bidders via email. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
