Tehsil Municipal Administration SEO Kohistan Upper has received funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to procure solid waste machinery. The administration intends to purchase the supply and fabrication of two mini tipper dumpers with a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters, where the chassis will be provided by the department. This procurement is open to well-reputed and experienced manufacturers and fabricators only, who must possess NTN, GST, and three S (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) facility certifications in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is being floated under the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014, covering both technical and financial evaluation criteria. Interested and eligible bidders must be duly registered on the E-PAD link at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to apply. The bid security of two percent of the total bid price must be submitted as a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Seo and sealed separately. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per government rules shall be applicable. The rates must be quoted on a free on board basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidders are required to provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids shall not be entertained. The purchase order will be subject to the release of funds, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
