The Public Health Engineering Department (PHE) KPK invites bids for the construction of a drinking water supply scheme in Khichian Upper, Kohistan district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This Single Stage Single Envelope tender (NIT reference 76/251 ECD) concerns the design and construction of water infrastructure to supply potable water to the designated area. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 17,534 million, with work scheduled in Kohistan Upper locality. The tender is issued under open competitive bidding procedures governed by KPK Public Health Engineering Department regulations and the Procurement Rules 2004 as amended. Bidders must be registered contractors with KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority) and possess valid experience in similar water supply projects. Bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated tender value is mandatory. All bids with unrealistic pricing flagged as circumventing disciplinary clauses dated 10-2022 shall be rejected. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the PHE office on or before the closing date of 23 June 2026.
