National Logistics Corporation invites sealed registered tenders for the purchase of spares for task vehicles, light vehicles, general stores and consumables, tools and items and batteries, tyres and tubes. The detailed list of spares and tender documents is available on www.nlc.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. This tender encompasses procurement of maintenance and operational spares required for fleet and equipment management across multiple categories of vehicles and assets. The contract will be valid until 30 June 2027 with delivery locations in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi. Quotation rates will be provided on CD, DVD or USB supported by hard copies as per GST and delivery terms applicable in the specified cities.
Eligibility criteria include that firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess relevant business experience with NLC or similar organizations for not less than one financial year. Fresh participating firms seeking suitability certificates to work with NLC from the NLC R&D Rawalpindi may also participate. Firms currently blacklisted or unable to work with NLC are excluded. Bid security requirements include a pay order of Rs. 2,000 as tender fee (non-refundable), Rs. 200 as documents fee (non-refundable), and Rs. 50,000 as earnest money (refundable). All tenders must be submitted in favour of National Logistics Corporation LS Collection.
Tender documents must be submitted before 1100 hours on 22 June 2026 and will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. In case of gazetted holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day. Country of origin and brand details must be mentioned against each quoted rate, and items quoted without country of origin, brand and record of used items will not be accepted. Warranty for local items is six months while imported items carry one year warranty. Emergency spare delivery is maximum two days with normal spares requiring seven days.
