Description / Scope of Work
Cadet College Petaro invites e-bids and tenders through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for fourteen distinct procurement contracts covering essential supplies and services. The procurements include contracts for barber services, cobbler services, dry ration and food items, fresh fruits and vegetables, clothing and uniforms, medicines and surgical items, fresh milk, printing and stationery items, bedding items, cleaning gear and chemicals, sports goods, dry ration and green fodder for the riding club, layer chicks and poultry medicines, and live broiler birds. The tender is issued from Cadet College Petaro, District Jamshoro, Sindh, with all documentation and bidding procedures conducted through the standardized EPADS platform accessible at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with EPADS and possess valid Tax Registration Certificates (TRC) and National Tax Numbers (NTN) to participate in the bidding process.
Eligibility requires that bidders be experienced, reputable, and registered with EPADS with current TRC and NTN documentation. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as a scanned photograph of a valid bank draft or pay order in favor of Principal Cadet College Petaro, submitted through EPADS. The tender fee of Rs 2,500 (non-refundable) must be paid through bank pay order or draft in favor of the Principal, or deposited in cash at the HBL Petaro branch during office hours (0900 to 1400 hours, Monday to Friday). Bids lacking the mandatory security deposit or from blacklisted firms will be summarily rejected. The bid validity period is ninety days from the bid opening date.
Bidding documents may be obtained by downloading from SPPRA EPADS website from June 5, 2026 to June 22, 2026 up to 1000 hours. Prospective bidders must upload their bids on EPADS up to 1100 hours on June 22, 2026 with scanned photographs of bid security and tender fee receipts. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1200 hours at the Conference Hall of Cadet College Petaro. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; no physical tender bids are permitted.
