Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of IT hardware and equipment for various PITB projects under tender ITOPS-22. The procurement encompasses a comprehensive range of IT hardware and equipment required to support multiple ongoing and planned projects within the organization. The scope includes desktop computers, servers, networking equipment, storage devices, peripherals, and associated IT infrastructure components necessary for modernization and expansion of PITB's technical capabilities across Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the appropriate tax authority and possess valid business registration certificates. Eligible bidders include Pakistani companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and foreign vendors meeting the prescribed qualification criteria. A bid security equivalent to a percentage of the estimated bid value must be submitted in the form of bank guarantees, demand drafts, or fixed deposits. Bidders should thoroughly review all technical specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the tender document to ensure compliance with PITB's requirements.
The procurement requires bidders to demonstrate financial stability, technical expertise, and proven experience in supplying similar IT hardware and equipment to government or large-scale organizations. All bids must be accompanied by documentation establishing the bidder's eligibility, the conformity of goods to specifications, performance guarantees, and certificates of origin. Bid currencies may be submitted in Pakistani Rupees or other internationally recognized currencies as specified in the bid data sheet. The period of bid validity is typically 90 days from the date of bid submission. Electronic bids must be sealed and submitted through the designated e-bidding portal on or before the specified deadline of June 22, 2026. Bid opening will occur at PITB headquarters located at 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP), 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Punjab.
