Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar invites sealed bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs). This is a Single Stage, One Envelops tender with reference number PC-03-2026. The procurement is open to manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, companies, firms (including individual business firms) and general order suppliers who are duly registered with the relevant tax authorities, including KPRA where applicable and FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and who are listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bid security requirement is 2% of the total bid value, and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal.
Bidders must be duly registered on the E-PADS system to be eligible to participate in this bidding process. All bids, along with required supporting documents, shall be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system in accordance with instructions contained in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). The original bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee (unconditional and irrevocable) issued by a Scheduled Bank must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the Tender Number and title, and must reach the office of the undersigned on or before the deadline specified for bid submission. Failure to submit the original bid security within the prescribed time shall render the bidder non-responsive and may result in debarment in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) are available for download from the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ under the Active Tenders section until the closing date and time of bid submission. The advertisement is also available on the official website of BISE Peshawar (www.bisep.edu.pk) and the KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bids shall be opened electronically on 22 June 2026 at 10:30 AM through the E-PADS system in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend in the committee room of BISE Peshawar. Bidders are advised to carefully read and fully understand the BSDs which provide complete instructions, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and detailed specifications. BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
