Description / Scope of Work
Women University Swabi invites sealed bids from eligible, reputed and experienced civil work contractors, firms and companies for four construction and infrastructure packages under a PSDP funded project titled Strengthening of Women University Swabi (New Campus) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project scope includes construction of Academic Block-III (Science Block) valued at Rs. 484.875 million, Examination Block at Rs. 307.936 million, Multi-Purpose Hall with Library, Cafeteria and External Infrastructure Works at Rs. 590.557 million, and External Electrication Works at Rs. 88.626 million. Bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis through the E-PAD system.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization code, with valid Income Tax and KPRA registration. Contractors must have adequate experience executing similar projects for Government or Autonomous Organizations. Bid security requirements include 2% of Engineer Estimate as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee, with additional 8% Earnest Money required for bids quoted 10% to 20% below Engineer Estimate. Tender Entry Fee of 0.03% of total tender cost must be submitted separately.
Bid documents will be available upon submission of written application with copies of valid KPRA registration, FBR registration and PEC registration certificates at Rs. 8,000 (non-refundable) per package. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before 22 June 2026 at 2:00 PM.
