Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Chamkani District Peshawar invites sealed tenders for two infrastructure development projects in Peshawar, KPK. The first project covers pavement of streets, allied infrastructure, street lights, and DWSS facilities at Khalisa, Mahal Terai, Sikandar Town, and urban areas of Peshawar with an estimated cost of PKR 76 million. The second project encompasses sanitation facilities, street lights, and DWSS at Sikandar Town, Gulbahar, Mahal Terai, and urban areas of Peshawar valued at PKR 74 million. Both works are tendered on a single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the Punjab Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Civil & Works Department as per government policy. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost, payable as call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Chamkani, is required. Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted through the electronic procurement system (EPADS) before 12:30 PM on 22nd June 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM, and financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened on a date communicated after technical evaluation. Online clarification is available until 15th June 2026 at 12:00 PM.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Contractors must submit both Technical and Financial Bids electronically through EPADS, with physical copies sent to the Office of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Chamkani, Mor Budhai Road, Peshawar via registered courier before the submission deadline. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Bidders must register on EPADS with a unique username and password to participate. All procurement shall be governed by KPPRA Act and Rules.
